ATG Marketplex has been conducting online forex business since 2005, offering direct ECN access to clients and investors around the world. I suppose they only want serious dedicated forex professionals and by giving just barebones information on their website combined with the $25000 minimum they deflect most traders who find them.

Citibank is one of the largest U.S. banks so I think your money is safe when trading with CitiFX Pro.
